Domonique is the CEO and Founder of We Optimize Work whose mission is to Make Change Feel Good At Work™. She leverages her expertise as an Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in various industries to help companies solve the largest challenges faced in employee engagement and workplace innovation.
We Optimize Work has partnered with non-profit organizations, and fast-growth startups to Fortune 10 Companies sharing her expertise to thousands of leaders, business owners and employees globally. Under Domonique’s leadership, she has helped companies save $14 million in productivity and disengagement costs overall. Domonique has led keynotes, published works and facilitated workshops that have impacted over 50,000 leaders and emerging leaders globally in solving multi-generational and cross-functional team gaps that exist in workplace engagement needed to drive innovation solutions.
Domonique currently serves on the board at Purpose Preparatory Academy and is a part of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council NextGEN Advisory Council. Domonique enjoys spending time writing, dancing and most importantly, making lasting memories with her husband and 4 amazing children affectionately known as The Townsend Crew. She also volunteers her time to mentor young underrepresented leaders who seek to pursue Engineering career paths.
