Domonique, founder and CEO of We Optimize Work is an Industrial Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and TEDx Speaker with 16 years of experience in corporate, manufacturing and service industries. We Optimize Work, based in Nashville, TN is a team strategy intelligence company that partners with companies to improve how leaders engage with their team to carry out strategic goals.
Domonique has achieved the highest level of mastery Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement skills application. She has partnered with fast-growth startups to Fortune 10 companies utilizing her expertise and experience.
Domonique currently serves on the board at Purpose Preparatory Academy and WBENC NextGEN Advisory Council. She enjoys spending her time outside of consulting with her husband and 4 beautiful children whom she calls "The Townsend Crew". Domonique also enjoys writing and painting in her free time. ​
